Inside

An easy seaside style complements the naturally lit, spacious layout throughout. Colours are warm neutrals with hints of seaside blues.

Downstairs, an open plan lounge and dining room run the full length of the property leading to the conservatory.

The kitchen which is well equipped with all the usual appliances for a family stay features a stable style door opening onto the palmy garden.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom with king bed look over the courtyard, the double bedroom and kids bunk room look out over the garden. All bedrooms are furnished similarly in a fun, nautical style. All three rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage space.

There are two toilets, one toilet and washroom on the ground floor and the other adjacent to the bedrooms in the shower room. Designed with the less mobile in mind, the shower is housed in a large double shower unit with an optional fold down chair.

Entry to the court is with a key pad through the gate which only allows access to residents of the 10 other properties in Spring Court.

Garden

The cottage is set in a quiet courtyard a short stroll down a gravelled lane to the town centre. A walled garden hugs the back of the house with a large deck, outside dining area and a conservatory which catches the full day sun. A lower stone sea grass garden has direct access through a gate to the lane.

Parking

Please note that there is only an unloading facility within the courtyard. Cars must then be parked in road parking or one of the nearby car parks. Weekly permits can be purchased from the Isle of Wight Council for parking in many island car parks.
